The difference. Can you see it?

Home Stager with Smart Move Design Home Staging and Redesign

As a home stager I tell people staging is about making emotional connection points. A buyer needs to feel connected to a home in order to buy it. In a vacant home there are no emotional connection points.

Everyone knows vacant homes are harder to sell. And some realtors and homeowners realize that and decide to rent some furniture to fill the space.

But there is a big difference between filling space and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that speaks to buyers.

I think these visually communicate the difference.

So true!  We need to be able to connect with the buyers so they say, "I see my family hanging out in here!" rather than just saying "this is a family room".  Great job!
