This short sale would have never gotten done without the help of LF! LF is a fellow AR that happens to work at a large bank in the servicing department. After reading my blog on all the problems I was having getting a short sale worked out for my clients she stepped in and made it happen ASAP. I couldn't believe the reach AR has how it helped my client. They were able to get $98,000 wiped off their existing loan to make the deal work without losing money, now they can buy the $690,000 place they want on the lake, it was on the market for over $1.2 before the bank took it over, all told this transaction costs you, the tax payers $608,000!
