June 2016

Interest rates continued to improve with momentum from the lower than expected job report and the FED statement on Wednesday.

The FED’s Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) will not raise rates and downgraded growth forecasts.  Now it looks as though we may not see another FED rate increase in 2016.

Rates are now well over 3 year lows.
