Purple Leaf PlantREAL ESTATE LEADS

and

Purple Leaf Clover

A while back I wrote a post on how someone had come onto my front porch and dug up my purple leaf clover plant out of its pot. I was sure that I would have to hunt high and low to find a replacement as they are not easily found in my area. I was WRONG. There were some roots left behind and it grew back!

Just like a cold or dead real estate lead you never know when it will come to life again. So it is important to "water" that lead weekly/monthly with emails, personal  note cards, phone calls and an occasional pop by. It may spring back to life.

That dormant lead may have a "root"in the manner of a referral. So never give up just keep watering and nurturing all your leads.

Sussie - Great analogy. You have to keep trying to water and feed your leads in order to see if they can grow.

So true. I think that is why Brian Buffini's method works so well.

Hi Sussie... missed your post about someone stealing your purple leaf clover. How obnoxious! I'm glad it grew back and I must say it's the first time I've ever seen clover in this color. Great analogy, by the way, about the importance of nurtuing one's leads.

You know... if I didn't love real estate so much I might just quit over all the nurturing we have to do.

Ha...great minds do think alike. I was busy going through all of the folks I have signed up for listing notifications and thinking I need to reach out to some of these folks that are no longer reading the emails. You can draw them back in.

Nice story.  Interesting about the purple clover!  I have not seen that or heard of it before.  You'd better move it inside, or start propagating more of them.
