Thanks for sharing this, Carol. I already do use video and think I have pretty much overcome the shyness, but it's interesting to hear what he says, and this will no doubt be helpful for others who are not using video but perhaps want to but are fearful. I say just do it!

Video and live streaming is getting to be a must in all types of marketing. The fear needs to be replaced with just doing it.
