There were 133 homes listed for sale in the Bozeman area during the month of August. The highest priced single family home listed was $3,795,000 and the lowest was $239,900.
The number of homes sold increased 1% from the previous month with a total of 146 homes sold during the month of August. 67% of the homes sold in Bozeman were single family homes, 26% were condos and 7% were townhomes. The average sale price of a home (including single family, condos and townhomes) decreased 5% to $319,032.
