Moving to Draper Utah?  It's a beautiful place to live.  There are a lot of things to do in Draper.  If you love to go hiking there are a lot of hiking trails.  Bike Riding? Mountain Biking? Running?  They have a small amphitheater where local schools perform plays, local bands will play and other misc. performances.  Also, the views from a lot of the main housing areas is to-die-for! beautiful!

The schools are beautiful and nice.  The area features an amazing private school.  Juan Diego Catholic High School.  It is actually a cradle to graduation school meaning they have an onsight daycare.  They also have a preschool, elementary school and middle school which all feed into the 4 year high school.  The school is phenomenal.  If you want more information about the school or the area.  Please call me 801-580-5624 my kids go there.  We all absolutely love it! 

Food/entertainment and more.  Draper has a water park, mini golf course. Golf Course.  Bowling alley's, movie theater's, shopping and a lot of places to eat. Draper even has an Ikea!

In the last 30 days 30 homes have officially sold.  Their prices ranged from 205,000 - 949,000.  Draper is known for its beautiful housing.

I also included a graph because I always find it very interesting to know the historical pricing in an area.  This chart goes back to 2004 and is broken down by quarters.  It is a simple chart showing Median Sold Price for that quarter.  The lowest point of the chart was the 1st quarter in 2004 at that time the chart shows the median price point of $261,000.  One of the high points over the past 12 years came in the 3rd quarter of 2010 where the sold price median was $440,000.  Now we show in the 2nd quarter of 2016 that the price is even higher coming in around $460,000.
