Union General Hospital, Inc.
Union General Hospital is a full service, non-profit community hospital operated by the Union County Hospital Authority. Union County Nursing Home
Union County Nursing Home is a 150-bed facility that is owned and operated by Union General Hospital. This facility offers services such as activities, dietary, lab, therapeutic and occupational therapy on site to the residents. Union County Health Department
Union County Health Department is part of the State of Georgia's Department of Human Resources. The Health Department includes both medical and environmental health services. In addition to providing medical services such as immunizations, health care for women and children, lab services and a Child Safety Seat Program, the Environmental Health Department is responsible for water testing, rabies control, restaurant safety inspections and septic tank permits.
