Feeling under the weather

It's been kind of a long week for Vegas Bob, and then around noon today at work ... "Ouch"

Vegas Bob started feeling pain in his back, knees, neck, arms, head, legs and it got worse as the day went on.

I am talking serious body pain ;o(

When I arrived home from work it was a little tough getting out of the car.

I took a very hot shower and made some green tea with fresh lemon squeezed it and now Vegas Bob is expressing his feeling of under the weather.

Vegas Bob hardly ever gets sick so when he does, it's tough.

VB will be laying around all weekend taking it easy and drinking plenty of liquids.

6 ounces of water

2 ounces of Whiskey

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of honey.

Warm to coffee temperature.

The first one will clear your head

The 2nd one will clear your chest

After the 4th one you won't care if you are sick or not

I started feeling funny around noon today at work and I am already feeling better, I may have shaken it already.

I will know more tomorrow and I usually take multi-vitamins and herb supplements so my immune system is tough as a nail.

VB:) allow me to improve on   William Feela  recipe....  start with 4 ounces of  your preferred hard liquor, whiskey, rum, gin or Cognac to name a few... after it follow up with 4 more ounces.... once completed follow up with four more ounces and if you did not pass out yet do it one more time....:)) seriously feel better, Endre
