Thankful for Plants

 plants

Earlier this year, my family took a trip to Washington, D.C. There we visited the Smithsonian Institute, and one of my favorite buildings, the United States Botanic Garden.

We saw so many plants of an exotic nature at the garden. I was enthralled by the colors, shapes, and patterns of many of the plants. We humans often imitate nature, but never does the reverse occur. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to view specimens such as this.

Kathryn, the Botanical Gardens are one of my favorites.  They have some amazing plants and displays.  And it's a fun place to take photos.
