It is better to own than to rent a condo in Warminster

Warminter, Bucks county is a great place to live. There are homes in all price points. If you are renting right now and would like to know if it is better to own than to rent , you should sit down with a lender and figure out what amount you will qualify for . Once you know your monthly housing payments , you can compare it with the rent you are paying and decide whether you should buy or continue to rent.

You should have enough money for down payment and closing costs.

Please know that there are maintenance expenses when you own a house . You accountant will figure out the tax savings .

There is a nice condo community in Waminster called Meadowood condos. There are one, two and three bedroom units.

. I sold a condo in Meadowood condos, Warminster. The buyers were paying over $1000 per month in rent. Now their payments are less than $1000 , including condo fees.

This does not take into consideration the tax savings .
