PHASE I OF MARKET TERMINAL RESIDENTIAL
Market Terminal is a 527-unit residential community located in the Union Market neighborhood of Washington DC. Its Phase I release will offer 10-story high-rise and 6-story mid-rise residential buildings, along with an office building and 30k SF of retail space. The developer expects this portion of the project, termed ‘apartments,’ to release in the fall of 2018. Two additional phases are planned.
