RISK MANAGEMENT Course
Running a Course tomorrow on Monday 27 February on Risk Management.
We will cover informed consent, some contract issues with Offer and Acceptance, improper usage of some Forms, Lawyer Approval Clauses, Counter-Offer Forms, Vacant Possession, Title Insurance and the concept of Materiality.
Also, we have to deal with the Registrar’s Bulletin of the 21st of February 2017 and the NEW rules.
This program runs from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Remember that we also have the “The Eight most important Supreme Court of Canada cases that affect Real Estate, in the morning running from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
