Hello everyone! It's exciting that every day more and more buyers are interested in getting into the market. However, the most asked question I hear is "do you think the prices have bottomed out yet?" Of course, I would very much like to think they have. There are some pretty nice properties out there for sale that are good values. It really is a great time to buy and selling would be great again too, if buyers would buy so that the market would turn again. Maybe if for just one week, we all turn off the TV and stop reading the newspapers, sales would occur!
