I have been trying for a couple of years to drop a few pounds.
But I seemed to be going the other way.
I decided that enough was enough and I was tired of being tired.
I stopped almost all my pop drinking and drink mostly water.
I gave up most of the sugar stuff including most chocolates.
I modified my portions and the results...
20 pounds in 90 days.
Funny thing is that much of what I have been doing has become a habit.
But, I feel great and I am not tired when I walk anymore.
5 more ponds and I will have met my goal...months ahead of my time frame.
Now, just to stay on the wagon and not give into the temptations.
