Stop Chasing After that

Golden Nugget...

Every day, as Real Estate Professionals, we are bombarded with promises to increase our business, put us on Page 1 of Google searches, sales leads, seller leads, and a myriad of other empty sales pitches.

 

 

We all get caught up with this from time to time, chasing after "the next big thing"! That big thing that is going to make us more successful in Real Estate.  Looking for that "Golden Nugget" to success.

I have fallen for many of these myself, but after it is all said and done, the most success I have had is from staying true to what I have been doing since I started in this business.  "By Providing Outstanding Service"! Keeping the Client First which brings me personal referrals and keeps my pipeline full.

The Contest- "Overcoming Tactical Addiction" challenges us to come up with 3 things that you can eliminate from your day-to-day that will improve your business.  Working smarter rather than harder.  

These are the 3 things that I will be changing in my day to day activities to keep me more productive and focused on what we do best:

 

Focus on Servicing my Clients Needs

Going the extra mile and making sure that we are doing everything that we can to make our client real estate experience as stress free and pleasant as possible.  It has always been our goal to provide "Outstanding Service" but we are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.  We have implemented a new Customer Satisfaction Survey that is sent out to our clients for their feedback and any suggestions where we can improve our service. We will also be utilizing more of our customer testimonials in our business, website, and blogs.

 

My Niche - Stay Focused On My Niche

We are most successful when we focus on the area that we know best.  I will be referring more business in the future.  Buyers and Sellers who are not fitting into our niche market and client profile will be referred out.  Blogs will be more focused on my niche target market as well.

 

Stop Chasing After The Golden Nugget

I will not be venturing out of what we know is working and looking after the next big thing.  I know what works and what brings us success.  We will be staying focused on what is pertinent and what works. We are not going to try to be everything to everybody.

Interesting advice great re-blog, just to be clear there are about a handful of "golden nuggets" I have been working with... not a lot of effort just consistent staying in touch.... so my advice is continue to do the day to day activities but also continue to chase the Golden Nugget, after all in Baseball there are a few Grand Slams:))Endre
