Thanks Chris Ann.  It is a beautiful property!  We do a lot of value-range pricing in San Diego.  It is particularly useful for getting more eyeballs on your listing as more people are likely to fall into the price range when searching online versus having a specific price that might exclude the property so that it wouldn't even show up in their search.
