Auberge Fort Lauderdale Record Penthouse Sales in Broward County

Records continue to be set at the currently under construction oceanfront Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale (shown below) .

A little over a year after a penthouse in the Auberge Beach Fort Lauderdale beachfront luxury condominium and spa property sold for $8.9 million, which was a Broward County record for a condominium sale at the time, another Auberge Fort Lauderdale penthouse has surpassed that mark after selling for $9.5 million.
