Are they still building a lot of new homes in Las Vegas, Bob?  Here in Sacramento we have a shortage of resale homes, and building new construction seems to be lagging behind demand.

Yes Myrl new homes are being built all over the Las Vegas Valley, and resale inventory is low.


Problem with new homes is the builders have a racket and if anyone walks into a new home track they sign a quest sheet. Once they sign that (NO) agent can represent them if they were to purchase, the builders property manager does it on site
