East Hampton Free Stroke Screenings

The Chatham Health District is having a Community screening Project through the month of May for Stroke Prevention and Awareness. There will be screenings happening at different times this month in the five towns the health district covers: East Haddam, East Hampton, Hebron, Portland and Marlborough. At these screenings, risk assessments will be done by VNA, educational materials will be given out and a speaker will be present. These programs are free to the public.
