Is the weekend the best time to look for a home?
We as a people are real busy.
WE also have many people who want our attention.
During the week, sellers also seem to be more willing to allow a short notice and there
is less people fighting to look at the home.
Think about taking a day or two off of work and make a more leisurely experience.
Having more time to think about each home can help you from making a bad
decision.

It's an interesting question, William. That's when open houses are but I seem to show as many homes during the week as I do on the weekend, and maybe more. These days in our seller's market one can expect a lot of activity right away when homes hit the market, no matter what day of the week.

I've found this to be true. Not as many showings and people take more time to look.
IN today's market even during the week can be busy, but nothing like weekends.

I tend to be busier showing during the week than on weekends. There is so much other stuff happening on the weekends.
