I hear so many times that over the holidays no one wants to sell buy or move. I happen to think that is a myth. The holidays are the perfect time to set yourself apart from your competition and to get a jump on your 2018 year.
Here are some reasons to list during the holiday season.
- While there may Be less buyers out there, people who look for homes are serious during the holiday season.
- Less homes on the holiday season to look at and agents cut back their hours doing the season so more for you to work.
- Of course, homes look better when decorated for the holidays, whether Thanksgiving or Christmas.
- Many buyers have more time to look for homes during the holidays.
Good way to end the year and start 2018 to be a great year!
