We don't have to worry about the sellers finding another a home to move to, or getting rid of years of "stuff" they have accumulated.
Nowadays we can usually reach the sellers by phone, text, email, skype, or whatever method will be new on the horizon for communicating. Selling an unoccupied residence usually goes smoothly and is ready for the new buyer.
However, keep in mind that a vacant house needs attention too.
We will need to keep an eye on the house. We gather any newspapers or local ads, check to make sure there aren't any leaks, make sure the lawn service is keeping the gardens mowed and trimmed, we keep the temperature in the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
