On October 18, 2017, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values gained 3.4% to the price of $279,110 in September of 2017 from price of $269,750 in August of 2017, and jumped 10.8% from price of $550,700 in September of 2016. While, homes sales dropped 12.1% in September of 2017 from August of 2017, but higher 4.4% from September of 2016 in San Bernardino County, California.
There were 3.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in September of 2017 increased from 3.4 months in August of 2017, but decreased from 3.9 months in September of 2016. On average it took 27.0 days to sell a home in September 2017, rose from 24.0 days in August of 2017, but fell from 40.0 days in September of 2016 in San Bernardino County, California.
