Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - November 12-18, 2017

Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY between November 12th and 18th, 2017. There were three new listings. During the same week, the total number of available homes in Monroe NY remained steady. Inventory is still below 90. That is a low level of inventory for the area. New listings are still needed!!

 

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

 

36 Swezey Place, MLS #4750036, listed at $259,900. This cape-cod style home has three bedrooms, one bath and ~1,400 square feet. There is an eat-in-kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, some wood flooring, and a laundry area and tool room in the basement. The home also has an detached two car garage, fenced in backyard and is close to grocery stores and restaurants.

 

12 Prospect Street, MLS #4749563, listed at $349,900. This four bedroom, three bath bilevel style home has ~2,600 square feet. Plentiful windows and cathedral ceilings provide natural light. The walkup attic is finished. The home includes a private yard that backs up to the woods, a two car garage and driveway, and four heating zones. The custom blinds stay with the home.

 

11 Half Hollow Turn, MLS #4749727, listed at $379,900. Another bi-level style home with four bedrooms and three baths has come on the market in the village of Monroe. The ~1,900 square feet of living space has recently seen some renovations. The home has hardwood flooring, a tiled basement floor, new radiators, an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, and three renovated bathrooms. The home also comes with a generator hookup, deck, two car garage and driveway.

The first sentence is for other agents who might see this and wonder why the listing they just put on as "new" which isn't, isn't included. Or why a seller might wonder why the report doesn't include their updated listing. The statement about various companies is just so it's clear I'm including everything, not just my own listings. The HGMLS statement is just so the source of data is clearly presented. And voila! That's the source.
