Starting the year with Green Chef and black-eyed peas
Are you looking to eat healthier this year but simply do not have the time? Take a moment to read this post and check out the website for Green Chef and maybe you will be able to attain a healthier diet with a little help through the mail.
Thank you Joe Pryor for this information!
I value time over most everything so anything that saves time so in addition to tech and Amazon Prime Green Chef supplies us with three premeasured organic meals every week. Last night we had rare seared tuna served over a spicy chipolte tomato sauce, a side salad, and jicame fries. Tonight we go traditional with what you see in the picture, a Black Eyed Pea Soup with a side of cornbread. The stew also has sweet potatoes and roasted red peppers with some collar greens and grape tomatoes. It is in a vegetable broth and the cornbread is cornmeal, corn, sour cream and cheese and an egg. The normal meals take a total of 35 ot 45 minutes.
If you go online to greenchef.com you can get two meals free to start. Chose from vegan, vegetarian, Omnivore, Paleo, Keto, and a few others. We like to get the pescatorian or the vegetarian with one fish. Before this we would go to Whole Foods daily because we did not like anything to eat that we had bought before that day but that has changed. No more what do you want honey? I don't know what do you want? No more getting in the car everyday to encounter brain dead drivers or tailgating NASCAR pickup drivers. OK, I will stop with the judgmental stuff and back to food. The other cool thing about Green Chef is that they give you free box giveaways that get people free food for trying it and if they subscribe you get a discount. I wanted to make this suggestion about something I think will enhance your 2018 so let me know what you think. Here's to a healthy 2018 and don't forget the workouts to go with it.
