HOW TO DO IT

1. Title the page and place in the appropriate website structure
2. Create a user-friendly URL
3. Add an image (Optimize for the search engines)
4. Write an intro (Under 300 words generally)
5. Include a Table of Contents
6. Build a Grid of Homes (Maybe 3-6 with a see more results option)
7. Add a Divider
8. Schools
9. Divider
10. Market Data
11. Divider
12. Optional list of communities
13. Include Internal Links throughout
14. Add one or two external links if appropriate
15. Add Schema (Advanced) and Optimize Yoast if you are using it
16. Add your Featured Image
17. Publish
