Cadence is a master-planned community in Henderson and recently welcomed its 700th resident. This past Saturday it opened a new neighborhood to the community –Sonatina by Richmond American Homes.
Sonatina, when completed, will be comprised of 151 two-story homes that will offer 1,800 to over 2,300 square feet with prices starting in the upper $200,000s. They will include from three to six bedrooms with options for master suites and loft spaces. Some of the features of the homes in Sonatina include paver-stone driveways, porches and patios, gourmet kitchens and ceramic tile flooring.
Lawson floor plan spans 2,300 square feet of living space with a large great room downstairs and a master suite and a great room upstairs.
Layla floor plan includes several options including a study and loft.
Lillian floor plan is 2,000 square feet with a spacious great room and dining room plus a standard master suite on the second level.
Lindsey floor plan has a large great room and a standard loft upstairs that can be converted into a fourth bedroom.
