This time it was material things, but it has been a lot worse.
There are many dangers but the one to ones personal safety is by far the biggest concern.
I got a call to do a market on a home.
The owner had been trying to sell by themselves.
First off, they were over priced.
But the real issues are the problem they had.
The owner showed the home to a couple. When the couple walked in they went different ways.
Well you can almost guess.
The seller found all his medication gone and a few other items.
He had no name, no description of the car.
For Sale By Owner's need to be very very careful.
