Whats in the walls / lets find out from our builder.

A well informed explanation of behind the sheet rock wall. It would be even better to use a flip chart explain what additional structure or materials are behind.  In our area the builders even build insect or termite barriers on new homes and explain the advantages.

Very good information Kelly.  I grew up around building and love the smell of wood and dirt.  But seeing a home go up and through completion is an amazing process.  He speaks of #1 and #2 lumber...good information for the consumer.
