Three new home neighborhoods by Warmington Residential will be offering new designs in the southwestern part of the Las Vegas Valley.
Westbury, Ridgehaven and Rockpointe all offer single-family detached and attached homes – prices start in the low $300,000s. Westbury has model homes with upgrades and are fully furnished available for purchase with prices starting in the low $400,000s.
All of these neighborhoods are in, or closed to be in the closeout phase and the new homes that have been released are among the final homes to purchase. The homes are two-story designs offering from 1,590 to 2,635 square feet. The neighborhoods are gated – Ridgehaven features a community pool and Rockpointe has a park with picnic areas and play equipment.
The southwestern part of the Las Vegas Valley offers retail stores, restaurants and good schools and located near highways for easy commuting.
