On April 17, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that condo and town-homes values increased 1.3% at an average price of $460,500 in March of 2018 from an average price of $454,500 in February of 2018, and rose 8.4% from $407,100 in March of 2017. While, condo and town-homes sales jumped 40.4% in March of 2018, from February of 2018, but declined 6.4% from March of 2017 in California.
There were 2.3 months supplies of available inventory of condo and town-homes in March of 2018 down from 3.1 months in February of 2018, but unchanged from 2.3 months in March of 2017. An average it took 12.0 days to sell a condo and town- home in March 2018, lower from 14.0 days in February of 2018, and fell from 17.0 days in March of 2017 in California.
