Jupiter Plantation is centrally located on the south side of the river. Easy ocean access with no fixed bridges. The homes are concrete construction, built by Divosta, 2 story townhouses with large private courtyards. The docks at Jupiter Plantation are available through the homeowners association. The community pool adjacent to the docks, overlooking the waterways is a great way to relax and soak up some rays. Boat storage is available through the HOA as well, and usually has a waiting list.

Jupiter River Estates is a funky little neighborhood south of Indiantown Road on the Jones Creek waterway. The creek shorelines are primary covered in heavy mangrove tree vegetation which shade the marshy banks. A challenging but rewarding journey on Jones Creek under the Indiantown Road bridge and Center Street bridge lead you to the wide southern fork of the Loxahatchee with views of the Jupiter lighthouse in the distance.
