Palos Verdes Street Fair Is Coming!

Palos Verdes residents know that the school year is winding down, and that means the Street Fair is Coming!

The Fair will be celebrating its 31st year with more than 200 arts and crafts booths, carnival rides for children of all ages, an International Food Court, a children’s petting zoo, free pony rides, train rides, and live entertainment on two stages. The fair hours are: Saturday, June 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday, June 10, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. As in past years, the Fair will have its “Friday Teen Fun Night” opening the carnival on Friday, June 8th, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., when local youth can enjoy a fun-filled night (with the purchase of discount tickets through their middle school or high school).

On the Main Stage, there will be continuous live entertainment starting each day at 11:00 a.m. On Saturday, June 9, 2018, the performers are: Rip Masters (Rockabilly/50’s Style), Andy & Renee (Classic Rock), Rich Girl (Hall & Oates Tribute), YEA! Gaduation, Running Hot (Rolling Stones Tribute) & Heartbeat City (Cars Tribute). On Sunday, June 10, 2018, starting at 11:00 a.m. are: Hothouse (R & B/Soul/Jazz), Jimbo Ross (Rockin’ Southern Blues & Funky New Orleans R & B), Blue Breeze (R & B Soul Motown), The MVP’s (Rock & Pop 60’s – Current) and Ghost in the Machine (Police Tribute). The local community entertainment will begin Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday at 11:30 a.m. with local youth groups and performance troops on the Community Stage.
Animal rescue and adoptions will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m. There will be craft beers, unique food, and wine tastings at the International Food Court and Young Professionals Beer & Wine Tent beginning at 11:00 a.m. on both days.
