I would like to take a poll as to how many of you have used lead services in the past and how many currently use them. It is amazing to me all the varied opinions there are out there. Some people I speak with are dead set against them others deal there is a place for them, if you can find the right one. Then there is the unadulterated fact that very few local Realtors that have something good will divulge the info for fear of loss of business. I think everyone knows what I mean.

So, how about it, who says aye and who says nay?

Good afternoon Mark - I spent a lot of money trying out House Values, I go a lot of people wanting CMA's and no one wanting to list their house. So my experience was bad.

Over the years I have tried several lead services and all of them are extremely poor with some being on the verge of scamming people out of their money. Two of the worst ones are moneytree.com lead service and housevalues. They promise you the world but only deliver garbage. Whenever, I get a call or email from a lead service I delete them or tell them not interested. However, I'm still astounded by the number of agents out there that get taken in by these services.
