The Illinois listing also automatically is posted onto the Chicago Tribune Website. I have an extensive marketing plan. I advertise in the newspapers of The Times, Post Tribune, Chicago Tribune, and 3 magazines.
On the internet I subscribed to Realtor.Com which is the most widely used internet site for consumers to search for homes for sale. On Realtor.Com I can add additional text, additional pictures, Showcase Banner, and scrolling text.
Also, besides our Realtor Board MLS website, McColly.Com is the largest local & Chicagoland website used for home searching. I also have the same features as the Realtor.Com. Your home is also viewed on hundreds of "homes for sale" websites that are viewed through the many search engines (i.e. Yahoo, Lycos, MSN, Google, etc.)
I also mail out "Just Listed" postcards to the surrounding area, email annoucements, flyers, and there is much more.
I am a member of the largest RELO Network. Besides your home being exposed to hundreds of websites nationwide, I have access to relocation buyers that are moving into Northwest Indiana. McColly Real Estate has a full time Relocation Department, so I have access to many resources.
