LEGACY OF LEESBURG

One of my specialties is active adult communities in Lake County, Florida.  Legacy of Leesburg is located five miles south of Leesburg on Highway 27.  It has just under 1,000 homesites which makes for a small hometown feeling where you can make new friends and stay active playing tennis, bocce ball, swimming, playing cards or billiards, taking group trips or playing baseball.  What do you enjoy doing?  Just post it on the community board and it will happen!  With over 275 acres of open space, water and walking trails, Legacy lives up to it's nature theme.  The Home Owner's Association Fee overs cable t.v. and lawn mowing!  Right now there are several really great buys in Legacy!  With 49 listings to choose from ranging from 1475 square feet to 2,600; and a new retail center almost completed at the entrance; Legacy is a wonderful place to call home!
