The Villages West in Melville Long Island is a 24 hour guard-gated All-Age community, within the Top Rated Half Hollow Hills School District #5.

 

This Suffolk County North Shore residence was opened in 2006 by McGovern Drive near The Long Island Expressway Exit 49N. Villages West in Melville Long Island is a homeowner’s association community and a condo community. The common monthly charges in the Condo Section includes maintenance of the exterior of the units, and the Homeowner's Association only includes maintenance of the common areas.

John, No one has their own pool at the townhouse section. They all use the community pool. There are a variety of regulations in this neighborhood for the different sections.
