Zillow Has Come to Canada

I guess I will ever understand why people flock to nonprofessional sites especially one that has so much bad information and stats

Z has announced  yesterday they plugged the cash cow "leaks" on Premier Agents revenue.  They also got into Lender Business as well. Wall Street did not like what was reported and stocks prices tumbled -18% at 52 week low.  They have for years trying to get into Asian RE market. But it is always controlled by mom and pop small local firms.

Tell your MLS to protect the DATA they can't do anything without data....just my two cents, Endre
