Is your blog signature in compliance with your state rules?
I have noticed some ActiveRain blogs with no signature and many with very little information in the signature. And, some members are not taking advantage of the available automatic signature.
It may be a good time to take a close look at your blog signature to determine if it complies with your state real estate commission regulations for marketing materials. This issue is further complicated since some real estate professionals do business in multiple states.
Some states require the disclosure of the type of license that is held and some require disclosure of the license number. You may have the requirement to include your office address and the phone number for your broker in addition to your personal contact information. Take a close look to make sure you are in compliance.
