Houses stayed 65.00 days in the market in December of 2018 jumped from 53.5 days in November of 2018, and increased 58.0 from December of 2017, while there were 2,206 homes listed in the market in December of 2018, lower 2,532 homes listed in November of 2018, but rose from 1,869 homes listed December of 2017 in Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura, California according to Realtor
