Today’s View – Jan. 11, 2019 – New Market, Md. 21774 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in New Market, Md. 21774.  At the time of this report (1/11/2019) not including new construction 28 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 22 under contract, and 16 have sold in the last 30 days. The Absorption Rate (Active/30 day sold) is 1.75 which is considered a seller’s market.

Last week only 2 were added to the market, 5 went under some form of contract, and 2 successfully completed the sale process. 

While the minimum lot size is just .02 acres and the maximum lot size is 1.4 acres, the median is .23 acres.
