Good tips Nina Hollander . I wish I could say spring is almost here in ND but today, March 3rd, the high temp is supposed to be 1 below zero and 25 MPH steady winds giving a wind chill effect around 45 below zero. The forecast for the entire month of March is below normal. Maybe we will have Spring in May.
