"It's always fun to discover something you didn't even know existed."
My daughter, Lisa, was here from Spokane to visit a couple of weeks ago. I love these visits, which are about once a month. We both especially enjoy these visits when the weather is nice and we can sit in my courtyard, sipping wine and catching up with each other in the evenings. We still enjoy sipping wine and visiting when it's cold outside, and we're confined to the house, but outside is better.
This trip, Lisa forgot her phone charger. Unfortunately, my charger didn't fit her phone so she had to go buy one. She was telling me about a Multi-device charging station that she bought for her family. Lisa and her husband have dinner with their kids (and their kids) every Sunday for dinner. They are often needing to charge their phones when they arrive. Problem is, as we all know, chargers are not universal.
Problem solved when Lisa got online and ordered a Cosoos USB charging station from Amazon. She said it is compatible with various devices (and brands) and charges quickly. Of course, I HAD to have one too so I jumped online, placed an order and had it two days later. Gotta love FREE 2-day shipping with Amazon Prime.
I love that I can charge my phone, tablet, portable power bank, and Bluetooth from one station... and all at the same time! Although Lisa said, it charges her devices quickly, I haven't found it to charge any faster than my factory original power cords. It seems to charge about 1% per minute. Perhaps, non factory original charging cords charge slower than this device. As I said, I find the charging time to be about the same.
The unit comes with 6 USB cords, which are compatible with various devices. These cords are only 8" long, which is perfect for charging while you let them sit at the unit. If you are like me, and often use your phone while it's charging, you can just take out one of the factory cords and insert the USB end of your own charging cord.
I really like that you can charge everything from one location and not have to have multiple plugins all over the house. It can be tucked discreetly in a corner, or wherever.
I also love that the devices are neatly organized while charging and not laying randomly all over the table or countertop. Perhaps, you all knew this kind of device existed but I didn't. it was an Aha Moment for me.
If you have a need for a multi-device charging station, check out the Cosoos USB charging station.
Hi James Dray
I do love having one hub for all devices... and especially if I have visitors with devices that need charging too!
Hi Nina Hollander
Yes, the price did seem reasonable to me.

Hi Sheila Anderson
I'm curious what the name of your charging device in. I'm intriqued with the "lighting a room" part.

It's a Halo Bolt Wireless. I bought it on QVC. It holds a charge for 12 months and on newer phones, no cords are necessary.
Awesome, Sheila Anderson
Maybe after I upgrade I'll check on that.
Looks like a very worthwhile device, since we rely so heavily on our mobile devices these days. I have to admit that I have been a bit of a hoarder when it comes to chargers and I have kept most of my old ones. I mainly don't get rid of them because they don't take up much space and I can usually find a charger for someone visiting that needs one, haha.

Hi Will Hamm
I had a car phone in 1985. I think it was the first one in Wenatchee but I had to go to Yakima (110) miles away to have it installed. It was really a radio phone, and worked like a CB radio.
Amazon has everything Carol Williams, don't they?

One of the best charging stations I have seen was built into the base of an attractive lamp, in my room at a hotel I stayed in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
I love Amazon!

Hi Myrl Jeffcoat
I love those lamps with built-in plug-ins and USB charging ports.
Hi Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS
I wish they would come up with a standard universal cord. It's such a waste of resources now.
Carol Williams I have done the same myself
