Recent sales at the Four Seasons Surf Club condominium in Surfside, Miami Beach include the record breaking sale of a $35m penthouse in the south tower of the oceanfront twin tower development. Recent Surf Club sales also include sales to Miami Heat President Pat Riley, who paid $8.1m for 4 bed / 5.5 bath south tower residence, also London hedge fund manager Marcos Lederman paid $17.3m for a 6 bedroom / 6.5 bath residence, and earlier in 2018 Groupon founder Eric Lefkofsky paid $30.7m for penthouse 7 also in the south tower.
