I read this article in today's paper. I agree with it..this article says we are almost at the bottom. Now is the time to start considering buying real estate here in Las Vegas. You won't see these prices again.

There are some great bank repos that are priced really well and they are in good condition. I made an offer on a home yesterday. It was in Silverado Ranch, southeast Las Vegas. It was only 2 years old, in great shape and less than $100 per sq ft. I will use it as a rental and wait 3 years, hopefully for a good profit.
