Yard Appeal Is So Important!

By
Real Estate Agent with David Tracy Real Estate #555994

GutterYard appeal is so important when selling your home. Your yard will entice home buyers to WANT to come into your home to see if it is as beautiful as it is on the outside.

Buyers will look at your yard and that will be their mental measure of how well you took care of your home. If your yard looks un-kept it is time to spruce it up. Cut your yard, trim the hedges... and edge that driveway. Please don't forget to use the blower to remove all the debris. Plant some blossoming flowers.

Your professional REALTOR® can advise you on the best route to take to get the best yard appeal for your listing price. If you have a budget to get some yard work done I would advise to do so.

The professional REALTOR®  will be able to tell you about how much to spend for a great rate of return on the listing price. Be sure to consult with your REALTOR® and landscaper.

If you know someone who is looking to buy or sell their home and who would appreciate the level of my expertise; call me with their name and number and I will be happy to call them.

Sprucing up areas neglected during the winter greatly increases the probability of getting that buyer you're looking for in the front door.

You are so right! I saw this nifty tool to clean out gutters and wanted to write a post on it... maybe I still will.
