I’m looking to relocate to Ormand by the sea within the next year. I love the idea of a condo directly on the beach but HOA fees frighten me because I am near retirement. I might do better in a home within walking distance to the beach. I have cash but mortgage rates are so low I might choose to finance unless I can use the cash for a better deal.
