Prospect Park, the area’s largest recreational facility, features a variety of amenities, including tennis and basketball courts, a sledding hill, a fishing pond, playground equipment, a sand volleyball court, in-line skating, a picnic area and a community center.

The Park District also oversees Lions Park Pool. This community facility features a zero-depth pool, a competitive pool, a water slide, a toddler pool, a sand play area, pool-side concession stand, sand volleyball and a picnic area.
