On July 17, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 1.9% at an average price of $545,000 in June of 2019 from an average price of $535,000 in May of 2019, and higher 1.1% from $539,000 in June of 2018. While, homes sales dropped 6.5% in June of 2019 from June of 2019, and fell 8.4% from June of 2018, in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
There were 3.7 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in June of 2019, up from 3.6 months in May of 2019, and gained from 3.0 months in June of 2018. An average it took 24.0 days to sell a single family home in June 2019, down from 25.0 days in May of 2019, but jumped from 20.0 days in June of 2018 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
